Zeke & Lizzy's Seafood and Steakhouse is the realization of a dream. DeWitt and his wife Sherrye cooked and entertained friends and family for many years in South Louisiana. They also catered several events while DeWitt was in the medical field, and Sherrye was an elementary teacher. Sherrye surprised DeWitt with enrollment at Louisiana Culinary Institute as an anniversary gift where he gained technical culinary skills to enhance his natural ability to create flavorful foods.
